Following a successful career as a Senior Manager and Scientist in the NHS, Jackie trained with the London School of Mediation and now works as a Mediator from her base in Rossendale, Lancashire.

A certified member of the Civil Mediation Council, Jackie is also a member of the Pro-Mediate panel and offers mediation in civil and commercial matters.
